Medallions for Churches is dedicated to creating meaningful religious symbols that embody faith and devotion.
OUR GOAL: to help area churches raise funds for their missions, programs, schools, or organizations by providing the members of their congregations with memorable custom crafted symbols of faith, hope, and love. Churches and America 250 Celebration
A Unique Opportunity
The Celebration of America's 250th Birthday presents a great opportunity for churches to demonstrate their patriotism and appreciation for the freedom of religion we enjoy in this country. From 1776 to today, a radical idea was written into our founding: that government does not give us the freedom to worship, God does, and government can not take that away.
For our churches, that is not just history. That is our daily reality.
We can open our doors on Sunday without asking permission. We can preach the Gospel, baptize, feed our neighbors, send missionaries, sing loudly, and pray publicly. In much of the world, those are still dangerous acts. Here, in America, those rights are protected.
The 250th birthday is a rare opportunity for us to give thanks…not in worshiping America, but thanking God for the liberty we've been entrusted with.

Our medallions are designed to last a lifetime! They are crafted from solid metal and come in gold or silver color finishes. This is a premium-weight coin at 24 grams with a 40mm size, designed for durability and custom printing. Furthermore, each medallion comes in a protective crystal-clear acrylic case—perfect for keeping your keepsake dust-free and scratch-proof.
7 Simple Steps for Churches to Raise Funds
Step 1: Help Us Design Your Custom Medallions
The first step is for you to give us the images and verbiage that you would like on the medallions that best represent your church/organization and its members.
Step 2: This One is On Us!
We will design a few versions of the medallions using the images and verbiage you provided for us. We will then send you proofs so that you may approve and finalize your choices.
Step 3: Our 50/50 Partnership
Our program is designed so that any church, regardless of size or budget, can participate. You do not have to buy hundreds of medallions to have a successful fundraising campaign. And the best part is...that we will split the cost with you to help minimize the upfront investment. Even better, we are so confident in our program that for any church that cannot afford the upfront costs, we will gladly pay for it ourselves.
Step 4: Ordering and Delivering YOUR Medallions
From the time we submit your approved orders to the time we will deliver them is about 10-14 business days. We encourage you to get your orders to us ASAP. That way, you can start selling them and raise funds sooner than later. And, if you sell out (which is highly probable) we will be able to reorder your custom medallions with a quicker turnaround time.
Step 5: This One is On YOU!
In simplest terms: Let your congregation/members know that the Medallions are available for purchase. This can be done several different ways: through your website, social media pages, church bulletin, word-of-mouth, or through the organizations within your church. But the MOST EFFECTIVE way we have found is to simply have your priest/pastor tell the congregation from the pulpit about the medallions and who or what they will benefit.
Step 6: Mutual Trust
We do not monitor medallion sales as they progress forward. Our program is built on faith, honor and trust. You simply tell us how many medallions you have sold and other than the upfront costs (if there were any) you pay us AFTER you have receive your portion of the funds raised.
